Provision rates

To use our meeting rooms will be charged per rental period specified provision of the room plus the specified minimum catering sales.

Dining minimum transaction must be achieved as part of your event with food & drinks. If the gastronomic minimum revenue is not obtained, we calculate the current difference as an additional room rental.To calculate the minimum catering sales are considered by us only food & beverages.

When booking our conference package "Standard" or "medium", the room supply will not be charged extra. Please refer to our information concerning the booking.
